Worst customer service experience. When I called to see if anyone was available to cut my child’s hair I was told well does it matter who cuts his hair and I said no. then long pause. then told well we really don’t have nobody I’ll just have to walk in later we don’t close till 8 and we dont take appointments. was in able to give me any kind of time frame on the wait to get some one.And was just rude. will never think of doing business at any Fantastic Sam’s in the future.
