I personally like the having to make an appointment process. It definitely cuts out the wait time. It’s pretty simple call make an appointment, show up at your appointed time, walk in and straight to the chair you go. So much more convenient, for sure! The stylist I had was fast, efficient and very friendly.

Before I started going to any Fantastic Sams locations, I had the same hair stylist for 15 years. That person eneded up moving to a different state & I hated that. It’s really hard to go to someone else, if you’re used to the same one for so long. Anyway, after that, I tried 3 different Fantastic Sam’s locations over the years. I gave them a chance with my kids hair too. I only care for this location though & I’ve stuck with them for more than a couple years now. It’s not easy finding a good stylist, you’ve gotta be picky when it comes to your hair. I was surprised to find out that all the hair stylists (not just one), that I’ve been to, so far (at this location) were really good… & they still are.

Decent place to get hair cuts and just about anything done with your hair. I go here monthly to get my hair trimmed and styled. Friendly staff from what I have experienced. Wasn’t to keen on the free bottle of shampoo for filling a card with visits. I wasn’t able to get the product I wanted even though I offered to pay the difference. I felt it was justified seeing how I pay 20 dollars a visit including a tip for the stylist that takes care of me. I just won’t expect them to go the extra mile for returning customer’s which is ok. Their quality of work helps make up for that.

I have got my hair cut at fantastic Sam’s many times. Mainly because it’s close, inexpensive, and I get nothing but a trim. I have long hair and today I wanted a cut with some style. The last time I was in the girl who cut my hair did well other than cutting one side shorter than the other . Sadie (a different person) is the girl I went to today because she cut my hair once and did a great job so I knew I needed her! She did an absolutely amazing job and answered all my questions and I felt great walking out. It’s like getting a high end, expensive haircut from this girl! She is very good at her job in all aspects. Thanks for boosting my confidence Sadie! All employees are so helpful and friendly. I take my children there as well because you couldn’t ask for a sweeter, more kind staff. Also there is never a long wait.

I will never come back here for anything. Called to ask to schedule an apt. on Friday for Saturday, they stated they only did same day apt which is fine they open at 8am on Saturday called seriously at 8:01am and they were supposedly booked for the day already. Save yourself the time, the one on Preston hwy is friendlier and did alot better of a job then they did anyways.

I have been going to Fantastic Sams salons for about 25 years. I have very thick, straight blonde hair. I have gone through many, many styles during those years. I think they’re great! I will continue my service there. I have a few favorite stylists but I do think generally, they are all pretty good. And the prices are certainly fair.
