Wish I new the girls name that cut my hair, but I don’t. I called manager and went back and she fixed it. I didn’t check it after the girl cut it, but just getting a trim shouldn’t look like this.

Salon is very clean, stylist are very friendly and they do amazing Cuts and colors. The Manager did my hair and it looks and feels great. I trusted her to do some repair , cut and eventually was able to do color. Everything turned out amazing and I will be going back soon.

Got my haircut there last Friday while my wife and child waited with me in the waiting area. I signed in as usual and noticed that all the names ahead of me had been marked off the list so I thought cool this is not going to take long. Boy was I wrong this one lady that was getting her son’s haircut decided to get her and her daughter’s haircut and the staff was like that will be fined just have a seat and we will do it right now. So that means that I had to wait about 30 minutes to get my haircut just because they were friends of the staff. While waiting my son(which is autistic) started to wonder around the waiting area because it was a new place. By this time Tyler had finished the haircut that he was doing and was taking the money. My son stepped across the like going to the haircut area, I told him to get back but he took a couple more steps so I told him again and he returned to the waiting area. Tyler then looked at me and gave me dirtiest go to you know where looks you have ever seen because my son didn’t jump back right then. Tyler then threw his nose in the air and went to the back not to return, which to me was the rudest thing he could have ever done. That in my mind was like him calling my son some of the dirtiest names in the book. I mean if you something to say say it to me in my face not behind my back. I have been getting my haircut here for over a year know but never again I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. I have also told my friends about it and they are telling their friends seeing that every time you call everyone is saying that Tyler is the manager and if you ask who is above him they tell you the owner is but they don’t even know the owners name. Oh and the girl that cut my hair did a horrible job but I told her it w ass fine because I was biting my tongue to keep from saying something that shouldn’t say.

Well everyone was professional and kind. But the stylist that cut my hair although nice and kind cut my hair unevenly. So I had to go back the next day to get it corrected by another stylist. He was off that day

This place is absolutely horrible. The staff is rude and the girl that dyed my hair, fried it completely!!!!! I’ve never been so disappointed in my life by a hair stylist she instantly made excuses & complained when i asked about having a blonde ombré done. Leaving me with COPPER ORANGE HAIR, she clearly didn’t know what she was doing or she would have at least applied a toner to lighten the areas that were ORANGE instead she laughs it off , drying my hair leaving it frizzy and un styled and a bill of $125.00 for the worst hair coloring experience I’ve ever had. I’ll never do business here ever again !
