Nice staff but … This is absolutely one of the most regrettable experiences ever! I specifically explained to her AND SHOWED HER what kind of style I want .. and that I DO NOT WANT THICK AND CHEAP LOOKING HIGHLIGHTS .. Not only was that EXACTLY what I ended up with… It was also ORANGE and EXTREMELY brassy instead of blonde .. oh and the chunckiest, most extreme, orange strands were on the top of my head right around my face and right at my roots! .. I told her that I am not comfortable being under the blow dryer because you’re basically not supposed to do that while bleaching hair but she said “she knows what she’s doing” .. she left the bleach on for maybe 15 minutes total and it did not fully develop.. I told her I don’t think that’s right she tried to convince me that that is exactly what I showed her.. she even called over the other stylist who agreed with her and told me to “get a purple shampoo to fix it” …my hair looks like I used a box dye on it and did it myself at home, which is the opposite effect that you want when you spend all that money to have it done “professionally” ! I took the lady’s advice and got a purple shampoo and conditioner, which not only was very expensive, but also gave me a rash, made my already orange brassy hair more brassy, and dried my hair and made it very unhealthy! I hate leaving bad reviews on any business no matter how bad of experience I had there but I feel no one deserves to go through this!

Hannah took care of me today. I went in as a walk in not knowing what I wanted except for the gray to go away. I felt like I wanted highlights but also felt I needed an all over color as well. She helped me pick out the best color to get back to my natural color and then some highlights. She cut the dead-ends off and also waxed my eyebrows. I absolutely love how my visit went with Hannah today. #lovingmyhair #pampermeday

I will never go back here again they messed my hair up I told the girl what kind of cut I wanted she told me she had never done this cut on a woman she did more men’s hair than she did women then on top of all that the girl that was trying to help her she told her don’t worry about it she had it I will never go back in here again I had to call back and get them to fix my hair because it was so uneven and they got mad at me was very rude and had the audacity to say when you said you wanted it short not like this don’t say you can do my haircut if you don’t know how to do it I will never go back here again so I wouldn’t give this place one star you better off going to another place

The lady who cut her hair did horrible. Cut way shorter than we wanted. We asked her to cut her pony off for us to donate it. She cut it all lopsided making the back of her hair way shorter than the rest.
