Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Qualitydon’t go here. they’re nice but they don’t do what you ask. i had mid length curly hair before that i really liked, i asked for barely a trim and a touch up on my layers in the back. and whoever did my hair cut it all off. i’m literally blind without my glasses so i couldn’t tell until the end, or else i would have told her to stop. and even if i was fine with having my hair much shorter than what i asked for, it’s just a bad haircut overall. i’m very upset. i really loved my hair, it was thick and curly. now it’s super short and my bangs are thinned for some reason? it looks horrible, i just wanted a trim before school started. my classes start in 4 days and all my hair is gone! thanks!every time i go here they mess up. i don’t know why i keep coming back. they’re nice people but they do what they think looks best, not what you ask for.Service: Haircutdon’t go here. they’re nice but they don’t do what you ask. i had mid length curly hair before that i really liked, i asked for barely a trim and a touch up on my layers in the back. and whoever did my hair cut it all off. i’m literally …More

Critical: Cleanliness, QualityLisa didn’t wash my hair so I left with greasy hair and she also cut too much hair off the sides. I wanted my hair with a lot of layers. She cut the top layer way too short so now I can’t put my hair up into a ponytail anymore. She also cut my bangs too short. She didn’t follow the picture at all. I’m not going to go back to her to get layers put in. Lisa why did you do that to my hair? Lisa didn’t wash my hair so I left with greasy hair and she also cut too much hair off the sides. I wanted my hair with a lot of layers. She cut the top layer way too short so now I can’t put my hair up into a ponytail anymore. She also cut my bangs too short. She didn’t follow the picture at all. Critical: ProfessionalismThis was the worst experience at a salon I have ever had. I am not one to complain but the girl was so rude and was ripping my hair out with brush because ,she didn’t use conditioner. I had to leave with sopping wet hair. This was the worst experience at a salon I have ever had. I am not one to complain but the girl was so rude and was ripping my hair out with brush because ,she didn’t use conditioner. I had to leave with sopping wet hair. I will never go to another Fantastic Sams again. I understand she was obviously having a bad day but she should have called in.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityCannot follow simple instructions, no one was in the store yet she still blitzed through my hair in 10 to 15 minutes. I had long curly hair that was reaching my lips and ears from the top of my scalp, and I held my hair in front of my face and showed I wanted 2 and a half inches off the top, and an undercut on the sides and back. A year and a half of hair growth gone in minutes. Barely 2 inches left on top, no undercut, sides and back are pretty shaggy too.
