I get my hair cut at FS’s every time i need a trim, today i went in to get a haircut and the hairdresser was very nice, i didn’t catch her name but she was a younger girl. I told her I just wanted about an inch cut off, i noticed she had cut off a significant amount of my hair. She cut off about 5 to 6 inches of then said that i “needed it”. i never agreed to her cutting that much off, she also never asked or mentioned that she was going to be taking off that much. instead just acted without my consent, i know my hair was damaged but she never discussed that decision with me. i don’t think i will be coming back because of this. very frustrating.

The guy who cut my hair seemed a bit nervous, or maybe a little unsure, when he was cutting my hair last week. Something still wasn’t right about my haircut after trying it out for a full week. So, I went back and explained everything, and he was more than happy to spend time fixing it. It turned out that it had been quite a while since he last worked on a man’s hair, as he had primarily been providing women’s hair services. But, once he got done fixing it, my hair looked great! A stylist who is dedicated to making their clients happy with the services they provide to them is a stylist I’ll return to, over and over again.
