I think they overcharge for mediocre service. I’m ended up paying 180 for a cut and a highlight which I was okay with because it’s about average for any hood stylist around town. My stylist fried my hair. I’ve grown it out for two year without dying or bleaching it and barely using heat. My stylist took a solid two hours to bleach my hair and some areas had bleach on it for at least an hour. I’m just really disappointed and am not happy with the service. I went back in to fix my bangs a little which helped and they offered to darken my hair back in some places but that defeat the purpose of what I wanted. I don’t have to money to get toner to fix it and This experience has ruined my New Year’s Eve.

I decided to try this salon after reading many online reviews of local Lebanon Tn places for haircare. Best decision ever! My stylist name was Joe and he did an AMAZING job!! Matched my hair color perfectly and the haircut he gave me was the best I ever had!! He was so polite and gave me advice how to take care of my hair. So anybody out there from out of town vacationing and need a good color or haircut, go to Fantastic Sams!!

We took our son to the Lebanon location for his first haircut. At first he did good, but halfway through he had a total meltdown! Cindy and Kendra handled it amazingly! They had more patience with him than I did and managed to complete his haircut. We were willing to pay them double after all he put them through, and they didn’t even charge us! We will definitely be coming back!

I came here because it wad the closest salon to my home and I needed a cut bad. So the woman who cut my hair totally butchered it. There’s literally uneven chunks, and it’s way longer on one side than the other. I didn’t like it when she asked but I forced a smile and said I liked it. It looks like a 5 year old with scissors cut my hair. I have to keep my hair up in a ponytail until it grows out. I’ve been to so many different salons In my lifetime and this is by far the absolute worse.

Got my hair cut by Tonya and had so much fun with the cut, she gives a mean shampoo massage! I went in horror show, and after I got up and kinda made a mess of her masterpiece, everyone could tell such a difference! Knocked about 10 years off ;). Great with layering and bobs/slobs/ and her other client had her hair colored and it was amazing!!! This picture was taken 2 days after, I’m not made up but had been styling different ways!!!
