Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityVery disappointed. Have had Dannye a few times – before and after she became Manager – love the way she cuts & how fast she is (I have short hair). Had made an appointment w/her 3 days in advance for last month. I rushed from work in St Pete stressing I wouldn’t make it on time. I checked in & both other stylists offered to take me. I said I’d wait for Dannye. I heard Dannye talking to the lady she was working on that seemed to possibly be Dannye’s child’s teacher – the customer was with her 2 teen children & Dannye had committed to cutting ALL 3 BEFORE my appointment. Finally, one comes back & says Dannye’s running a little late. I asked how late – she hesitated. 45 FRIGGIN’ minutes!!! Dannye never even acknowledged me. I threw my hands in the air as I headed towards the door saying ‘THIS IS WHY I made the appointment!!’ No one called to tell me of the delay. This store has lost my business for good, and I am not certainly shy of word of mouth. Maybe upper mgt/store owner should reconsider promotion process or mandate customer service and customer retention training.Very disappointed. Very disappointed. Have had Dannye a few times – before and after she became Manager – love the way she cuts & how fast she is (I have short hair). Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismAlena has been my hairstylist from the first day. She does a great job that many people comment on when I’m done, they say stuff like ‘nice haircut’. Shes awesome and a genuinely nice person. You should definitely give her a shot. Very professional and consistent quality after a dozen or so cuts.Service: Hairstyling
