We were there on Saturday for a haircut for my son. I had called ahead to make sure there was a stylist there that could handle a toddler haircut. I was told “of course, we are all moms here.” My son is 3 but looks like he’s 5. He has developmental delays and seizures. So he behaves like a 1 or 2 year old. He was definitely fussy in between cooperating for his haircut. His stylist was great, but the two woman behind us were awful, rude and disrespectful. They gave us awful looks and acted so irritated. It was the stylist and her customer behind us. Once we had decided we did the best we could, they both immediately started commenting. This was my first experience if the rudeness if society when it comes to special needs kids. I know I have a lifetime more to go of it. But I thought you should know my first horrible as a special needs mom was at your shop, involving one of your employees. However, your employee that did do my son’s hair made up for the nastiness of the other one.
