I’ve been a customer for a few years now. Marissa and Tiffany are my go to ladies for myself. (Which makes it hard when they are there at the same time lol) My hair coloring and cuts Normally take a few hours so I have observed the others around as well. The other staff are always helpful and willing to do any costumers that come their way. (I just prefer my two ladies on my hair)

Terrible experience went one day for hair color, highlights. I was not happy with the out come but paid the full amount of $95.00 plus I have Tim a $10.00 tip . When I got home I called and told him. He then told me to come back 5hat he would take care of it. After doing it he the. Went and charged me another $45.00 for the highlights again. Terrible customer treatment and to senior. Itizen. I should not have had to pay more money to fix my hair. Tim told me it was the managers decision to recharge. I will get a hold of corporate and report this as I believe it borders on fraud.
