Horrible experience! Keratin treatment did not work. Owner Donna would not return my call and when I went there twice to have a conversation about my results, she refused to talk to me. Owner of the Port Charlotte salon was very helpful and responsive when I contacted SWF regional office, since Donna was completely unprofessional. He emailed me back immediately and even offered to re-do the treatment. Donna never responded to any of my emails. If you want to try Fantastic Sam’s go to Port Charlotte. Avoid Venice – why support an owner that won’t even have a conversation about a problem?

Critical: CleanlinessI went today for a haircut. Most of the lights in the ceiling are not working. Not sure how the stylist can see well enough to do a good job. Also noticed lots of leaves, hair, dust and a dead lizard on the floor. The last straw was the stylist who was very hoarse not wearing his mask correctly. Disgusting.

I always go to fantastic Sam’s to get my hair done. My favorite stylist is Joseph he always does my hair to my liking. Been going to him for about 2 years now

Horrible place, avoid at all costs! I would give ZERO stars if it let me! Took my two kids there yesterday; my daughter (16) wanted 4″ taken off. Woman took her back, cut the length to where we wanted it, then she handed my daughter off to another woman to even/shape it. She specifically told the second stylist that the length was correct. The second stylist could not get it even/shaped correctly and ended up taking about another three inches off!!!! My daughter is mortified. The first woman took my son back; I told her “flat top, probably 0 to 2” and my son said “No, usually the top is 1.” “Okay, it will be short, but as long as it is a flat top we’re good.” I look back and she has started at the top, rather than the back/bottom and just sheared him completely with a zero. It was too late to say/do anything. My son now is completely bald, and I could have done this shearing at home for free rather than paying 14$. He is trying to convince himself and us that it is okay, but I know he is bothered by it as well (he is 10).
