Terrible from Start. On 07/05/22 …. Approximately 2:30pm. After washing my hair it all began. Sass given as though she was talking to a child. She kept roughly moving my head. I said jokingly I guess its got a mind of its own. She exclaimed loudly as she was snapping my head again. YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO CONTROL IT! I looked around and saw Beatrice (which I had her when I started going back to Fantastic Sams). Beatrice was everything she was supposed to be, a good listener kind and most certainly gentle. I thought oh my goodness can I change hair stylist. I attempted to tell her last time I came in for haircut, it was cut shorter than what I wanted. (that person was Kesna) I tried to explain why, she interrupted me and just show me the picture. I tried once more to explain why I wanted this particular hair style with my balding sites, she just exclaimed loudly. Look, I can give you an illusion of this haircut, but your hair is too short. She didn’t listen, didn’t plan on it. I could never keep my head in the right angle she wanted, so she just kept snapping my head in the way she wanted

The worst hair salon I’ve been at they rush their work and don’t even listen to what you want to get done. They cut unevenly and seem to have no clue on what their doing. Don’t waste your time and money here.

Walked in n was greeted by the staff. Didnt have to wait long since it was early morning. Great cut n stylist gave me the cut I wanted. Would have given 5 star but at the end when another stylist walked in to start her shift.didnt greet as she started her day. Literally ignored me n her co workers.

I went here for a quick dye and long layers. The woman who cut my hair (I think her name was BJ) basically gave me a mullet. I advised her after cutting my hair that in the future if she was unable to do what was asked, she would have better results if she was honest about that up front. Her response was that she thought she had done what we discussed. Her manager was there behind her and when I showed her the picture I had initially shown the stylist for reference her comment was that if we flipped it out, it’d look like the picture. I’ve included picture of what I showed the stylist and the end result. I will say the dye was consistent and covered the blonde and grey adequately.

I set an appointment and my husband was going to drop me off with the money and a Healthy tip for the stylist that did the job. However as soon as I had walked in I was trying to get the estimated price so I had plenty plus the tip but the super skinny lady was so rude and nasty I just walked out. The lady said I have an appointment and I said well there are better people who deserve this money more than you. If I were able not to give this location a star at all they wouldn’t even have gotten a 1 star rating from me.
