Lysa is very rude with a very bad demeanor about her. My husband me and our son won’t be back. I went in with my son yesterday and the salon was empty Lysa was in the backroom and acted irritated having to come out to help us. Needs a little more customer service skills. Also l planned to get color and cut bit decided to leave due to Lysa acting extremely bothered and irritated.

Made an appointment via phone, drove 45 minutes to get there. When I walked in there were 2 stylists, 1 finishing up a client and 1 (Lysa) who greeted me if that’s what you want to call it. She gave off a strong vibe that she didn’t want to be there much less do my hair. I asked if the details of my previous cut and color would be looked up, I was told there wasn’t any details of my last visit. Yet when I called earlier they told me what I paid last time. Lysa then asked what I wanted in an annoyed manner. I asked to look at the color book while she hovered over me but didn’t offer any input as to what products would be good options. Again, her demeanor gave off STRONG vibes that she would just rather not be there or do my hair. At that point I decided to not let this woman touch my hair and left. Went back in to ask for her name to write the review before leaving the parking lot, and what do you know she comes out to my car to say she didn’t mind doing my hair and even offered for the other stylist to do it. LOL HARD PASS MA’AM! Not a good look Fantastic Sams! Lysa may be why your salon isn’t busy.

Stopped in for a trim as I happened to be in the same plaza and was looking to save time. Nice folks, and they took me right away, but it was ten minutes tops, if that much, and unfortunately it shows! I’ve had worse haircuts, but for $24, I expected a bit more. Perhaps they are good for certain services, but I’ll stick with the others that are considerably less expensive for a simple trim.
