Been coming here for 30 years and it seems to get worse everytime I come in today I had an appointment for a spiral perm 5:30 appointment I’m signed in waiting for the lady who always does my hair to come in and when she gets here the other lady says do you have a appointment I said yes told her time well your going to have to wait we have walk ins ok what is the point in making an appointment when walk ins come 1st so I’ve been sitting here a hour waiting and they close in 2 hours my perm takes almost 3 hours. This isn’t the 1st time it’s happen my son waited over 2 hours for a hair cut and had an appointment. Now last week when I came in to get color just to see what the wait would be I was told were really busy you need an appointment ….so someone REALLY NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING QITH THIS LOCATION you have an appointment you sit and wait like a walk in you walk in you need an appointment what one is it whatever they want to say at the time why am I still sitting here after a hour with an appointment

Imagine waiting an hour to get my son’s hair cut, being ask if I could wait.. I willing wait, then someone comes in after me, waits 15mins then gets in the chair. Now if this person had an appointment before me by all means say so, but telling me it will only take 15mins when I have been waiting 1:15mins already!?!?!? That is UNACCEPTABLE. My son had me drive across town to come to your location because this is where he wanted to get his hair cut but I guess our color money isn’t worth the same as others. What I do NOT do, is spend my money where myself nor my child is welcomed, or is being put to the back of the line for no reason that I can comprehend other than the obvious. ✌

Was really unsure of getting a trim my hair was past my waiste. Lady made me th3 joke of the salon saying she always gets the hard cuts. She did not listen to me wanting a point cut and now my hair looks like a stair case. Said i had to come back to let her fix it that would be 3 extra inches to fix it. They would not give me a refund. AVOID IF YOU LOVE YOUR HAIR.

Most kind and gentle lady washed my granddaughters hair. My granddaughter was severely injured in a rollover car accident and requires 24 hour nursing care. This beautiful lady showed no fear and didn’t hesitate to take on the challenge of washing her hair and talked to my granddaughter as if she was normal. We are coming back every week as long as this lovely lady continues to work there. She has blessed our lives with her kindness .
