Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would rate this business lower if it were at all possible…I wasn’t going to come write a bad review but the owner has now called my daughter and wrote a horrible mean email to her as well ( because my daughter did leave a bad review) and why wouldn’t she… She spent her entire birthday in the salon because she wanted highlights… It was so horrible after the first attempt she tired over and over and it got worse and worse. She left with a chemical burn on her scalp… A horrible, embarrassing dye job. We had to go to another salon and the chemical burns were so bad the new stylist had her wait a week before we could fix it. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in for a balayage and was beingtaken care of by Leslie. She insisted I don’t do a balayage because they only lasted twoWeeks. She insisted on highlights.. She did aHorrible job.. highlighted half of my head with small highlights and then the other half was just one huge blonde streak.. While she was washing my hair she muttered “I should of payed more attention.. oh no.”She then charged me $150.I complained and went back the next day to get the balayage I wanted after finding out they last fourMonths!The owner fought with me saying it looked “beautiful” and I should leave it like it is.. Then Marlene only did half of what I wanted and complained about how longIt would take due to my hair being long. They fought with me about doing the job that day even though they booked the appointment. Marlene doing myHair said “I would like to go home at a decent time”And guilt tripped me the whole time!The owner took me to the back of the shop behind closed doors and told me that the only reason they are doing anything is because they wanted me to be a repeat customer.Very rude, and unprofessional.Also there was so much dust on the chairs. AllThey do is sweep.
