When I came in for my last haircut and wax, she immediately extended my time as soon as we started talking; she could see that I was having a very hard day, and knew I needed the extra time and pampering. She has always shown tremendous empathy for my disabilities and chronic health issues, and has gone well over what one would expect to make sure I felt comfortable. She listens to me and offer suggestions of what my hair will do instead of just me showing her a picture and thinking that my hair could do what the picture shows.
