I have been going to Fantastic Sam for many years, and have always been happy with result hair cut and color, or highlights, my stylist was Soraya,, very professional, sweet, nice lady, sorry I moved to another state, miss Soraya, but I’m hoping that I will move back, I will definitely go back to Fantastic Sam to Soraya. I highly recommend her. The best stylist and very friendly nice personality. Love her.

I had an appointment for a stylist that a friend had recommended. I told them I was there for my 10:00 with Artisia and the girl said 1 minute. Then she told me she was ready for me. Halfway through this cut that I knew was really really bad, I asked her to pronounce her name for me and she said Soreta, so I knew she had put me in that chair knowing I was not there to see her. Evidently Artesia had called in sick. It was worst haircut I have had in my 50 years. She lied and was horrible at cutting hair.

I went in for a trim and the stylist took 8 inches off! I have been growing my hair out for 3 years and I am getting married in a few months. She gave me “layers” but what she really did was butcher my hair so badly I had to cut off more to even the back! My hair was to my waist and it is now just below my shoulders. When I told her she was cutting too much off she said “this is how you layer.” I know plenty of people with long, layered hair. I used to be one of them. She cut my hair in a straight line and then left 6 inches of hair down below in an angle. My left side was longer than my right side. When she finished she asked me how I liked it and I started crying. MY HAIR WAS GONE! I said, “you cut it was too short! You told me you were only taking an inch off and you took way more!” She replied by saying “you wanted layers. You got layers!” It was so bad I cried all the way to another salon (Loxx) and the stylist fixed my hair for free. She said it was a botched job by someone who obviously doesn’t work on people with long hair. I should have taken it as a sign when she made me stand in a corner so she can cut my hair because she didn’t want to bend down! I will NEVER go here again, this was the worst so called “salon” I have ever been to. Next time my stylist is booked I will WAIT to be seen. I believe her name was Sorayla.
