She was very friendly, very professional and made time to talk with me about my hair issues before suggesting the best color solution. She did an amazing job, I love my new hair color! I met Chris at this salon yesterday. She was very friendly, very professional and made time to talk with me about my hair issues before suggesting the best color solution. She did an amazing job, I love my new hair color! I’m so thankful to have found her as I am new in the area. I noticed yesterday that all the hairstylist here at this salon are very professional, you won’t be disappointed if you give them a try!

Critical: ProfessionalismFantastic Sam’s doesn’t want my business. And I’m okay with that. It’s their choice to put mandatory restrictions on their hairdressers and guests. And I can certainly take my money elsewhere. What did upset me is that I was never informed about their new mandatory restrictions. I had to wait 2-weeks to see my hairdresser of choice…and not once during my appointment phone call was anything mentioned. I never saw anything on the website either, because I did look. When I arrived I saw a very wordy notice on the door about new hours and appointments, I only gave it a quick glance. I was on-time for my appointment because I do practice social distancing and don’t like to crowd the waiting area. To my surprise the place was packed full of hairdressers, clients being taken care of, and clients waiting. I had to wait 15 minutes to be seen. Nowhere did I see any notices about any mandatory restrictions. I listened to the workers and the clients chatting about how difficult it was to hear anyone talking through their masks. I watched everyone pulling and tugging at them, constantly adjusting them, never realizing that every touch may have contaminated them. They pulled them down under their noses so they could see what they were doing. They pulled them down under their chins to say something a second time. Not once did anyone say anything to me while I sat there waiting. Finally I was checked in and guided to the wash station. I settled in, she put the cape on; she tested the water and soaked my hair, then offered to sell me a mask so she could continue my haircut. I politely walked out, my hair dripping wet. I sincerely don’t need to do business with a business that doesn’t want my money.Fantastic Sam’s doesn’t want my business. And I’m okay with that. I had recent brain surgery so my hair was a wreck.she was very careful, making sure I was comfortable. The blond and low lights turned out beautifully…The staff in the salon welcomed others .The stylist Taylor that was working beside her offered to help and cleaned different areas . I had an amazing experience and would go back for sure…..Thanks Cecilia for making me feel normal again…I was in yesterday for a color, Cecilia did a great job.
