We go here to see the lovely hair stylist named Nikki, who usually cuts my son’s and husbands hair. She has children herself so she is super patient with our son, and his crazy cow lick! She asks him what he would like done and listens to exactly what he would like. She cut our daughters hair today and it was her first hair cut. She was so sweet and also gave her two braids because she wanted her to have fun for her first hair cut. She is such a lovely lady and we will continue to see her. After 2 years shes the one we trust with 2 kids and their crazy hair!

As a woman with short hair it is hard to find hair stylists that aren’t hesitant about giving me the style I ask for, but I showed my stylist here a picture of what I wanted. She immediately started, asked me a couple questions as she went as far as my preferences and differences based on my hair shape, and did a great job recreating the cut. I just got home from having my hair cut at Fantastic Sam’s. As a woman with short hair it is hard to find hair stylists that aren’t hesitant about giving me the style I ask for, but I showed my stylist here a picture of what I wanted. She immediately started, asked me a couple questions as she went as far as my preferences and differences based on my hair shape, and did a great job recreating the cut. I am very happy with my experience here, and all for less than you’d pay elsewhere.

Really great service, friendly, helpful staff. Best haircut I’ve had in a while. Had to go short due to breakage, but she made my thin hair look healthy and the cut really suits me.

They do a good job. They can see you on the same day you walk in. Robin did my daughter’s hair today and it turned out great! She was not afraid to tackle a challenging hair cut. I had also gone here the last time I got my hair cut and a separate lady gave me exactly what I asked for.

Critical: ProfessionalismI entered the store and saw a stylist busy working on someone’s hair. I was informed I would be helped as soon as they could. So I sat down. Another customer entered and was told to wait as well. A third came in. Same story. The stylist finally turned to us and informed us she was working on another employee’s hair. Said “we were slow until you guys came in!” And laughed….then she continued to work on her coworkers hair. She made no apologies. Just kept working away. I waited about 10 minutes, and she was still working on her hair. They were the only two employees there, so it was clear helping customers was not a priority for them. I entered the store and saw a stylist busy working on someone’s hair. I was informed I would be helped as soon as they could. So I sat down. Another customer entered and was told to wait as well. A third came in. Same story. The stylist finally turned to us and informed us she was working on another employee’s hair.
