Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI waited an hour to get my hair cut while I watched many people who came in after me get their hair cut. Once I was in the chair they apologized for the mix up so that was fine, didn’t mind, I understood. But what got me wasn’t the wait time, it was the comments I over heard from an employee (Alex) to her customer/friend. She told them after getting off the phone with a handicapped customer, said “ugh I hate people in wheelchairs.” Her friend said “I’m sure they do too” trying to make her comment better but she just seemed to brush it off and roll her eyes. That is what gave me a bad impression. The lack of compassion and rude comments made me sick. I waited an hour to get my hair cut while I watched many people who came in after me get their hair cut. Once I was in the chair they apologized for the mix up so that was fine, didn’t mind, I understood. I didn’t want to go back there for them to possibly mess it up more so I went to Fantastic Sams this afternoon. Ana was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job at fixing my hair and giving me what I wanted and always get done with my hair. I will definitely be coming here again for my next haircut. I went to great clips with my mom the other day and the lady totally messed up my hair. It was a total disappointment. I didn’t want to go back there for them to possibly mess it up more so I went to Fantastic Sams this afternoon. Ana was absolutely wonderful and did an amazing job at fixing my hair and giving me what I wanted and always get done with my hair. I will definitely be coming here again for my next haircut.

Fantastic sams was the closest one. So we headed there. I walked in explained what had just happened. She then went an spoke with one of the girls. Who was abby. She said she would do it for us. We are so happy we ended up there today. My daughter was the happiest little girl the whole hr home that’s all she talked about. So thank you so much abby. After booking an appointment somewhere else 3 days in advance we was told they wouldnt do my daughters hair. So we looked for the closest place. Fantastic sams was the closest one. Critical: QualityThey messed up my haircut very bad. 3 on the sides and back and a trim on top. The simplest haircut there is. The stylist left a whole strip of hair on my neck. The sideburns are uneven and the hair above my right ear are higher than the other ear.Services: Hairstyling, Haircut
