Never liked Fantastic Sam’s until now! Teresa was wonderful!!! I have wavy and thin hair, and have never had the right haircut. She knew exactly how to cut and shape my hair to give it volume and more texture. I explained what I wanted, and she explained what she could do to make it work best for me. I will definitely go back to her!

Nikki in Weaverville did a fabulous job with my haircut- my hair had been growing out for years and I wanted to get a specific cut that had been difficult for others to get just right in the past. She had no trouble at all and I had a beautiful cut and style in no time.

Tried them once & did not get the haircut I asked for. No big deal, it’s just hair & it grows back. Gave them another chance (everyone has a bad day) and again…nothing like the picture in the book. My hair is all uneven. I told the lady to just stop (after 3 requests to try to at least even it out) took the apron off, paid my bill & left. Now looking for a “Professional” Salon with an appointment to fix my damaged cut. You get what you pay for. I will not be returning. 🙁

Went here to have 2 colors put in my hair and a haircut. Was very specific of the 2 colors. Mostly blonde and then a dark contrast. My hair came out terrible and also I have lost quite a bit of hair! Not happy!! She apologized to me that the color blonde didn’t come out at all, and told me should have used bleach, but she thought the color would work. No discount was offered ,and b/c I’m a nice person I still even tipped her on my bad hair color. I will never go back here again! I believe she left the color in my hair way too long (over an hour), and that is why my hair thinned out so bad. Terrible!!

We always see Eric and he always does an amazing job! The shop is in a good convenient location and easy to find. All the hairdressers are very nice. I took my 1 year old when my older son was getting a haircut and I needed a changing table. They didn’t have one so one of the ladies let me use a space in the back room. We never have to wait long and we enjoy coming there. The only thing I don’t really like is all the hair that seems to be everywhere!

The hairdresser was very rude and cut three childrens hair in less then 15 minutes and they all looked horrible. I paid $50 to just have to go somewhere else to fix them. I will never go back and I don’t recommend anyone going there. This was the one in weaverville.

Obviously that was interpreted to mean don’t cut the sides and only cut some of the back. I have an area that is 1 inch long right next to an area that is 2 1/2 inches long.
