Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis place used to be an awesome thriving salon. The “old crew” were amazing! Rachel, Kristen, Marissa…..their great work and personalities made it worth going. I’m honestly surprised Rachel stayed so long while being over worked and overwhelmed. I’ve seen and met the owner multiple times. He’s a nightmare of a person. Very condescending, money over people attitude, and honestly doesn’t have a good grip on the hospitality industry after Covid. If I were you and looking for a salon, look elsewhere. I’m nearly positive they won’t be open much longer after Rachel left, since the only staff they have are coming over from the weaverville salon and are base level at best. This place used to be an awesome thriving salon. The “old crew” were amazing! Rachel, Kristen, Marissa…..their great work and personalities made it worth going. I’m honestly surprised Rachel stayed so long while being over worked and overwhelmed. I’ve seen and met the owner multiple times. He’s a nightmare of a person. One by one, management has driven them off. Lesley, one of their stylists, was running the place on her own, on a recent Friday. She was the only remaining stylists, and she was very busy. This place used to be a great place to get a haircut. They had talented stylists and good prices. The stylists are dropping like flies! They’re all gone. One by one, management has driven them off. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueTook my 4 year old son to get his hair cut for the first time professionally, he is very sensitive to noise and trouble sitting still, but with all that said, his hair cut turned out great! I’m so pleased, and we will definitely come back again. I believe it was Alexis who cut his hair and she was so friendly and gentle!
