I went in with hair all the way down my back to my backside. I specifically said “Please do NOT chop off all my hair. I want LONG layers with curtain bangs, that’s all” and reiterated that I was extremely nervous they were going to chop my hair off. Well, they chopped a good 7-8 inches off my hair WITHOUT my consent. They didn’t tell me the girl was new and then two different stylists came over to try and fix whatever it was she messed up and they just chopped it all off. The girl almost gave me a mullet on one side of my head because she cut it so far back that it’s extremely uneven and if it hadn’t been for Ricky (god bless him) for fixing it after I started bawling my eyes out, I wouldn’t have even paid for it. Please don’t ever go here unless you’re seeing Ricky, at least he knows what he’s doing there. This whole experience has been awful and I hate the way I look so if you have long hair, please stay far away from this place.

I now have short pieces all over my head because they did not color my hair right and they ruined my hair. We took my daughter to the New Bern location after she got out of the hospital following an accident to have her severely matted hair fixed so we would not have to cut it. I have to say both Marie and Ricky were absolutely amazing!! They both worked diligently throughout their shifts, in between booked clients, to try and save my daughters hair and they succeeded. Seven hours of almost nonstop work on both their parts and my daughter left with a smile on her face. I can not thank them enough. I will definitely recommend to anyone who asks!
