I’ve never had a bad experience here before. I waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment time for a hair cut because a walk in was taken before me, told it would be only a 10 minute wait, which was fine until much more time had passed. She would stop to text on her phone. My hair was cut shorter than I asked, which can’t be fixed. I even gave a past photo of me for reference. She made comments about my hair being too fine for layers because it would make it look more thin than it was. I’ve never been told that by any stylist before. It’s always been encouraged so I’d have more volume. I came here happy, left feeling upset over one of my biggest insecurities (that is due to a health condition) being pointed out. Maybe I’m just being sensitive but there’s other ways to word things.

Natasha was amazing. Everyone in the salon was friendly and my hair is exactly what I wanted. Natasha was friendly, funny and not afraid to ask questions or for advice. It was such a good experience I am going back next week for Natasha to do my hair again. The price is also perfect for today’s economy. Five stars!!!

This was my first time using Fantastic Sam’s on Yopp Rd. I walked in and was able to see Leah right away. She listened to what I wanted and went off a photo of a haircut I had a few years ago. She even helped me get the perfect layers which are hard for my hair since I have a TON of super fine hair and usually layers end up being bulky and hard to style. I am so excited about my new hairstyle and can’t thank her enough!
