Disappointed when I arrived for my appointment on time to discover another customer only getting started at shampoo bowl, followed with a cut and style; my appointment was 45 minutes delayed. Asked receptionist if Suzie was just beginning with the other customer, receptionist indicated it would be very quick, only 10 minutes for Suzie to finish with the customer being tended to; 45 minutes is much greater than 10 minutes. Realizing things do happen causing circumstances to occur, it would have been most appropriate for Suzie to excuse herself from the other customer for a moment, acknowledge me and my timeliness, apologize for the delay. My haircut/blow dry was just alright, not fantastic as Suzie generally provides. Being a kind and forgiving person, and realizing there could be extenuating circumstances, I may or may not return simply because it was not the best client/customer service experience.

Sydne was amazing with my young children. She really did an awesome job!! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would. I felt really bad because my one son was very uncooperative for his haircut and screams. Sydne went above and beyond (allowed us parents to decide what we wanted to do) to make sure he walked out looking good. I really felt horrible for his screaming, to Sydne, the other stylist and guests. My other son sits really nice for her and she has such a talent with cutting kids hair. I recommend Sidnee 100% for yours or your child’s hair cut.
