I took my elderly mother to have her hair cut, shampooed, and styled by Evelina. This is the sweetest, most patient person we have ever encountered in the service industry. She took her time, and listened carefully to what my mother wanted, and she ended up looking beautiful! Patty trimmed my hair, and I had the same experience! She cut it exactly like I asked! We are very pleased and will continue to drive 30 miles to have our hair done here!

If you’re going to let someone make an appointment for 9:00am, at least be open and ready to go. The doors were not unlocked until after 9. Then I was informed my stylist was not in yet and running late. I waited another 5 or 10 minutes then left. This is the 3rd time I’ve made an appointment for 9 and the 3rd time the place was not ready to open by 9. No more….

The lady, Jenny, was rude and rushed through all 3 of our hair appointments in less than 30 minutes. We were not walk-ins but had made our appointments days ahead of time. My one daughter has very thick hair and she only brushed through her hair enough to just chop it off. Surprisingly the haircuts turned out “ok” but the experience was not enjoyable. I felt like we were a bother and she seemed aggravated the whole time.

My boyfriend went and got a haircut here because we’re out of town and he needed one. This places reviews seemed pretty good and it’s right by the house we’re staying in. I don’t know the name of the woman who did his hair, but she was extremely rude from the moment he sat down. She rudely asked what he wanted her to do so he told her, all he wanted was a simple trim. She cut way more hair off then he asked for and he is really unhappy with his hair. I know things like this happen and there can be miscommunication between hair stylist and clients. I’m not writing this review just because the haircut wasn’t what he asked for, I’m writing it because the lady who did it was rude and hurrying through the job which is probably why it didn’t turn out how it should have. Just be careful when choosing this place to get your hair done and specifically if you get a short haired woman with dark features just leave.

When I arrived greeted immediately, literally sat for 2 minutes and my stylist was ready for me, I didn’t get her name but she’s got the most beautiful long black hair!
