But ever since I started seeing Toni, I have zero complaints. I just went from platinum blonde to blue black. I am amazed at how beautiful my hair came out. The color is gorgeous and perfect. She also trimmed a little just to shape my pixie, because I’m trying to grow it out. I’m very happy with Toni and highly recommend her. I had been looking for the right stylist, and I found her.

Waited a over an hour and a half to get my daughter’s hair done for church. It was on Saturday around 2pm. Only for the stylist to tell me she did not want to do my daughter’s hair. Then, asked me if it was ok because she had a bad experience early and she didn’t need other one. I replied if you dont want to do my daughter’s hair then no I don’t want you to touch her hair. Even the salon manager and owner were ok with this discrimination. My daughter, who is 7 years old, was so hurt by the stylist and the salons actions that we will never go back nor recommend anyone. I called the NAACP, BBB and Fantastic Sams corporate office about what had happened there in Clinton NC.

Fantastic Sam’s is the best place to get your hair needs taken care of. You might have to wait a bit but the wait is worth it. Toni is by far the best STYLIST in my opinion, but that is with my hair needs. EVERYONE INTHE SHOP IS ALWAYS SO NICE WHETHER THEY ARE YOUR STYLIST OR NOT. I have been going to see Toni since about 2000 and I have nt regretted any of that time. Toni Rocks and Fantastic Sam’s kicks butt.

Nice folks, but the quality of haircuts and eyebrow waxing is extremely inconsistent, even, as I recently found out, with what I considered to be a “good” stylist. Also, the stylists have their regulars with standing appointments, even though they tell you on the phone they don’t take appointments. Like with everything else, it’s all about who you know.
