Today I visited the salon for a Malibu Makeover and was very pleased and satisfied with my services. Lorraine is my stylist and she did a awesome job. She took her time and was very knowledgeable with explaining the process of the makeover and explaining ways that I can care for my hair in between my visits!! I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am but wasn’t seen until 35 minutes later. I had to be back at my house in less than an hour, so unfortunately I had to come back later that same day. Other than that, once I came back, I was seated as soon as I walked through the door. The staff are very friendly and inviting. If I didn’t have anything else in my schedule, I would have had no problem waiting. This will definitely be the place where I get my hair trimmed in the future.

Naima is the only person who will cut my hair. She goes out of her way every time to make sure that I’m comfortable and a great hair cut. I’ve had many different barbers and stylist cut my hair and have never been to any one more than once till she started cutting my hair. Naima is very friendly and professional. I will continue to go and have my hair cut from her and no one else.

I went to Fantastic Sam’s originally for a set of curls to check out the salon for family photos. I am so incredibly glad I went! Naima is knowly, communicates well, and verifies everything before starting a service. She is a wealth of information. She has worked with me over the past year to fix mistakes made by other hairdressers in the past. I have healthy beautiful hair thanks to her knowledge and skills.

Not sure if I’ll go back to this location, I wear my hair natural and just wanted a trim. After asking if she was comfortable cutting my type of hair, the young lady seem scared. I had to direct her in how to cut my hair, in the end the haircut was just ok.

Had a major hair cut done here wanted to donate hair asked for 14 inches they cut 22 inches. It was choppy when finished went back for them to fix it and left another inch shorter and still choppy. I’m honestly heart broken and I’m not that crazy about my hair but when my boss noticed how terrible it was that’s was humiliating. I was not going to post a review but I have to prevent someone else from this humiliation.
