My kids and I have been going here for years!! We love Jo and Jen!! They are cool and know exactly what you want when it comes to hairstyles and colors. They take their time and I just have a great time when I do come here. I get my brows done by Jo and I can talk with her for hours if permitted. My son also gets his hair cut by Jo and Jo cuts it right every time. Since coming here for years it’s like they ate family!! There’s not too many people I would trust with my hair cut Jo and Jen can do my hair any day!!

I needed a haircut bad and I knew my ends were brittle. I am very particular with my hair and was nervous about going to someone random but I took a leap of faith. I got off work and walked into Fantastic Sam’s where Tiffany greeted me with a smile on her face! Tiffany was able to take me right away and she did an amazing job cutting my dead ends to get my hair back healthy, she also recommended doing a hair mask treatment. She explained the full process and was very knowledgeable about hair products and described many ways to take care of my hair. I will definitely be back to see her again! Thank you Tiffany for your knowledge and professionalism, I love my silky smooth and healthy hair!

I love everything about this salon. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming. All the staff are wonderful and compose a top notch team. All my services from cuts to color have been first rate. I especially like the color my hairdresser gave me…perfect shade. This is the best salon I have ever enjoyed being a patron in and I’ve traveled all over the country. Very classy small town salon!

Unfortunately, the second experience did not live up to the first. The first time I went, the lady did a great job of cutting my hair. Second time, a different lady took “care” of me. She had no clue how to use clippers, caught my ear with the clippers, bumped them against my head, and halfway through the haircut admitted she didn’t know how to do part of the cut. Another stylist stepped in to teach her, and when I asked the more experienced stylist to take over, she would not. Had to go to a different haircut place to make myself presentable, and have them fix what fantastic sams did. Will not be returning.

I spoke to Gina the day before about my hair. I showed her my hair and let her know that it had been dyed black before. She quoted me a price, but when I went back today the price was double as I needed an additional service. As a hair stylist she should have known that the day before and quoted me as such. There were about 5 women standing around the front of the salon with one of them SITTING in the MIDDLE of the floor opening a box and blocking the walkway. I had to weave my way through them to get to the stylist’s chair. Nobody thought to be professional enough to simply move out of my way. The environment was unprofessional and rude in a dismissive way. I really don’t think that’s the way it is there all the time, but this was my experience today and it was enough to make me decide not to have my hair done there, though I’m sure Tammy would have done a fine job.

I love the fact that this salon accepts walk ins. This is my third time at this salon, second time working with Mary and I loved it. She was already busy and even as a walk in she accepted me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I wanted to dye my hair black and trim the ends and that’s what I got! She styled it for me and it all turned out much cheaper than I anticipated.
