Worst haircut I have ever received. I asked for layers and walked out with a bob and uneven hair at the top of my head. If you can’t perform the service correctly, you should speak up. Need better hair stylist who actually know how to cut hair. If I could give zero star I would. The women who cut my hair needs her hair license revoked.

I paid for a layered face framing hair cut. Specifically said I do not really need my ends trimmed i just got it done last month, i just wanted a new style with lots of layers and volume. She did nothing I asked. She trimmed about an inch off the bottom and gave me no layers or face framing even though I asked and tried to tell her 3 different times that she wasnt putting any layers like I asked. Then upped the price on me from what she said on the phone. Im extremely unhappy. Feel like I wasted my money.
