I was burnt, my hair was fried, and I didn’t even get the color I asked for. So when I decided I wanted to have my hair recolored I was pretty scared. So I took it slow and went to see Whitley for a consultation. She was so patient and understanding with my decisions and really helpful. She gave me several safe, and non-damaging options for my hair. After we picked my color we dove right into it, she took amazing care of me, and talked to me whole we waited. Having someone working with you who is as excited about your hair as you are is incredible and is exactly why I always recommend her to everyone. My hair looks and feels amazing and I have gotten so many compliments about it and it was just done yesterday! I have had my hair colored once before this and I have to say it was awful. I would almost go as far as to call it traumatic. I was burnt, my hair was fried, and I didn’t even get the color I asked for. So when I decided I wanted to have my hair recolored I was pretty scared. After using red box dye on my hair, I decided it was also a fantastic idea to try and use a color removal kit at home. This resulted in my hair being bleached and fried in spots, still red and brown in others, and weird mix of both in others. I had no idea how to fix it or even where to start. From the moment I called and walked in, to the time that I left, Whit made sure to help me feel comfortable and at ease with the disaster I created. She helped me to laugh instead of cry about what had happened. She explained every step through every process that it took to bring my hair back to life. She was extremely knowledgeable and informative with any question I might have had. She is a warm and caring spirit who makes sure your visit is something to remember. It is evident that she cares about the work that she is doing. Whitley saved my hair and helped me to feel confident in the hair that I have now. The other hair dressers were also friendly and gave helpful tips through out. You can tell that they all care for one another and enjoy working with each other. Monica helped another woman transform her hair into a work of art and Jordan gave several amazing haircuts in the almost 9 hours that I was there. Whitley was an absolute lifesaver today. After using red box dye on my hair, I decided it was also a fantastic idea to try and use a color removal kit at home. This resulted in my hair being bleached and fried in spots, still red and brown in others, and weird mix of both in others. I had no idea how to fix it or even where to start. Critical: Quality, ValueI paid 95 dollars and I was so mad by the time I left. I shouldn’t have gone there, they definitely don’t know what they’re doing in regards to hair color..the girl kept yanking my hair when she was rinsing my head,, it hurt…its supposed to be relaxing. The sink kept clogging and she would have to stop to let the water go down. better for them to stick to haircuts. BIG waste of my time and money. I’ll never be back. I’ll find someone who is professionally trained. I shouldn’t have gone there, they definitely don’t know what they’re doing in regards to hair color..the girl kept yanking my hair when she was rinsing my head,, it hurt…its supposed to be relaxing.
