It was my first haircut at this saloon , and it was a disaster, I was very disappointed. I looked up in the mirror after coming home and haircut was super messy wasn’t professional at all. She didn’t even check if my hair was properly cut or not … the edges aren’t cut properly, she forgot to cut on other side … honestly it’s waste of money going there … we must get good service for money. I don’t know why I gave her good tip for her service even service was worst, I realized after coming home that she didn’t cut my properly … I had to spend time to DYI by looking in the mirror … I felt very bad and wasted my time , money , and gas by visiting this saloon .

This was my 2nd time having Amanda cut my hair. She does a phenomenal job with not only the cut but also the blowout. I cannot believe the price compared to how much other places charge! The people are nice but after making time for a 2 and a half hour appointment my stylist told me she couldn’t do a balayage and I would have to make a new appointment to get someone else to do it. I didn’t want to feel like I wasted my time so got a trim and layers and it felt like she cut for way too long and kept second guessing herself. Literally walked out of there and started crying on the walk to my car because i felt like she cut so much off and I couldn’t get what I really wanted done.

Not at all fantastic. The stylist had no sense of what color I asked for. There was no change in color before and after my visit. I showed her the type of color I wanted for my hair but no results. She was like since your hair is black that’s why the color is not reflecting. Are you serious. Wastage of time and money. I think they don’t know what customer service is. She could have asked me to re-do it but no she did not offer anything. Even 1 star is too much for them.
