I am in this salon several times a week. While I have my regular Stylist, Wendy for most of my needs, Brianna also does my hair. They are both friendly and professional. They know exactly what I need and want, and I have never been dissatisfied with my services. I even have the daughters of my friends going there for their hair color and highlighting. And they love it. So, the perfect salon for all ages.

This was my first time to the salon, and I had Brianna cut my hair. She was terrific! She carefully assessed the condition of my hair, and asked questions of me before she started cutting. I found her to be caring and respectful. I will definitely be going back to Brianna!

My hair stylist Gracie couldn’t understand the simple cut that I wanted to do. I told how much I wanted off. The style I wanted but She had to ask another stylist for help. Who started to cut my hair but then when Gracie finally was able to grasp what I wanted done, finished it. She asked me if I wanted condition but never mentioned to me that it cost an extra $12.00. I really feel like I was ripped off. If i had known upfront that it cost $12 extra, I would have said NO! I had an appointment for color at noon but ended up waiting over an hour. This after I was told they had a wide open schedule. Gracie didn’t have a clue how to do color and then on top of that, told me it would cost $145.00 minimal and up. Then I’d have to come back the next day to finish off for another $100. I feel like I’m being ********************. Then when I got to my car, I realized that I was covered in hair. It was all over my forehead and on my face. I’ll never go back to 42 Fantastic Sam’s again. I had Shamera do my hair back in May of 2022 and absolutely loved it. That was the only reason I went back. To be honest with you, if I had known upfront, that Gracie didn’t have a clue how to cut hair, I wouldn’t have had her cut it. Now that I’m home, I can see that it is cut uneven. The customer service is so so but the actual reason to be there, stinks.

I received a hair trim from hair stylist, Bryanna, last week. Today I was at a different business receiving a facial. I thought I would have to do some rework of my hair after the facial. Bryanna did such a beautiful job with my cut/trim that my hair mostly fell into place today following my facial. I appreciated it so much that I felt I should let the stylist Bryanna know that she made my life easier. Thank you so much!

I didn’t catch her name, but I went in for just a simple hair cut, and had a great experience. The girl that did my hair had short curly hair and was wearing a black flannel. She was very professional and very friendly during my whole experience. Would definitely recommend! Haircut

Asked for two inches to be cut, she cut at least nine!! My hair was to the middle of.my back, now just past.my shoulders. I have a very important meeting on Monday and no idea how to hide the thinning, because I use a clip to pull my hair up to cover it. The clip barely holds it now and no way my hair reaches the top!!

I always hate when it’s time to get my hair done because I’ve yet to find a stylist that I wanted to use again. I randomly booked an appointment online and when I showed up Shamera was who cut and colored my hair. She told me up front what the price would be before we started; which I’ve had issues at other salons with that not happening, so that was awesome. She was incredibly easy to talk to, which is always a plus because if you’re like me I’m horrible at conversation. Did an AMAZING job with my color, I’m always scared it’s not going to match or be as bright.

The very rude women named Wendy laughed in my face when I showed her the picture and said “I knew you’d show me a picture like this” then proceeded to tell me my hair was too long and I had too much hair for her to be able to do my hair. She told me that the only thing I could get highlights, which I didn’t want. VERY disappointed in the staff here. They knew I had long hair and wanted it much lighter.
