During a regular haircut this stylist, Jennifer Fortenberry, was attempting to speak to my 11 year old son as he was getting his hair cut. She asked him his age and he responded “younger than you” to which this adult stylist hit my child in the head because she deemed his response to be rude.

My Fiancé and his family have been seeing Jennifer for years and have raved about her service. I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my hair but I knew I wanted a change and Jennifer helped me get to a haircut and style that I absolutely love! She explained lingo and why this cut would work without making me feel stupid for not knowing. She handled me with such care and love, it made me understand why my in laws go see her. She makes her service personal but keeps it professional. I will definitely be coming back to see her!

I personally didn’t use the service but my fiance did. She showed them a picture of a short hair cut and asked for a cut and style similar to the picture. Not only did they not style it but they butchered her hair and didn’t even seem try with the bangs. The woman (we’ll call her narda) who did her hair was not only rude during the haircut, but even after when my fiance called back for either a refund or to have it fixed for free, narda proceeded to yell at her saying “that’s what you asked for” when clearly it was a butchered hair cut. She assumed no responsibility for her terrible work and then hung up. It only took calling the REGIONAL MAMAGER before anything was done about it. She was kind enough to give the refund and even offer to fix it for free. Narda has ruined the experience of going to this hair salon and we will not be returning.

Fantastic Sams always does a great job taking care of my hair! I don’t always get mine done as often as I should, but when I do feel like treating myself, the stylists make sure to take their time and make my old head of hair look it’s best! I always get a full head of highlights when I go, and they always, always turn out beautifully! I always plan a full day at their salon for my foils, which I enjoy the pampering. I’m not picky with a particular stylist, because they have all been great. I highly recommend this salon for all your hair care needs!

While sitting in the parking lot while my husband gets his hair cut I witnessed something amazing. I watched as one of the workers helped and elderly lady to her car. She was using a walker and moved slow. The worker was very patient even went and got her in the car and put her walker up for her. I didn’t catch her name but she needed to be recognized for going above and beyond!!!
