Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI wanted highlight mary insisted on bleaching my hair. She didn’t lift it enough used the wrong toner and now look at my hair. She then told me come back next day refused to style. I’m in tears have to elders a hate because she messed up so bad. mind you i just wanted highlights to cover my roots that were grown in my blonde was beautiful blonde high lighted hair. Now it’s falling out she destroyed my hair saying it’s someone else’s fault. she wasn’t even on time to our appointment. She can’t color blonde hair. I wanted highlight mary insisted on bleaching my hair. She didn’t lift it enough used the wrong toner and now look at my hair. She then told me come back next day refused to style. The color is gorgeous and has depth instead of being flat like I’ve dealt with at other salons. I will definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone
