Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve had better $12 haircuts. For $20 I would expect it to be done right the first time. I have had my hair cut here 6 or 7 times now and have had rather unimpressive results each time but the last few have been downright terrible. Booked an appointment with a particular stylist that I have had decent luck with before. When my timeslot came around a different woman actually ended up cutting my hair. This was annoying but not a dealbreaker (in retrospect I guess it should have been). She was friendly but gave me one of the worst haircuts I can remember ever having. I didn’t notice right away just how bad it was and figured I just wasn’t used to it yet as a new haircut takes a bit of time to break in. When I got home I actually saw how uneven and wildly different from the cut I had actually asked for it was. I went back the next day to see if I could get someone else to fix my hair which I was assured someone different would take care of it. Well wouldn’t you know it was the same woman who they sent out. She was again very friendly but still did not fix the issues I had with the initial haircut. I’ve had better $12 haircuts. For $20 I would expect it to be done right the first time. I have had my hair cut here 6 or 7 times now and have had rather unimpressive results each time but the last few have been downright terrible. I came in here as a walk-in after getting a hack job by the Hair Cuttery the same day and Rachel saved my hair and day! She did her best to replicate the look I had originally wanted, and she did a great job with what she had to work with, but ultimately I’d decided it just wasn’t to my liking enough after the hack job at Hair Cuttery that I decided to just chop it off and go with a cute blunt bob cut and I LOVE IT! I can’t believe she could turn something that seemed so impossible to fix into the adorable cut it is now! Rachel, you’ll definitely be my go-to from now on! Thank you so much, and to everyone wondering where you should get your hair cut for great value and quality, Fantastic Sam’s is the place! Stop sleeping on Fantastic Sam’s! They really are fantastic! I came in here as a walk-in after getting a hack job by the Hair Cuttery the same day and Rachel saved my hair and day! She did her best to replicate the look I had originally wanted, and she did a great job with what she had to work with, but ultimately I’d decided it just wasn’t to my liking enough after the hack job at Hair Cuttery that I decided to just chop it off and go with a cute blunt bob cut and I LOVE IT!
