OK. Having back surgery 2 week ago I’m not able to bend to get my head washed. Went in and signed in and went to bathroom. As I walked by the washing station I seen a lady sitting to get her hair washed and she said to to the young lady washing hair if that was her meaning me. To Get my hair washed and she said yeah but said oh well. So I sat down. But instead of getting me next I sat for another 15 minutes till another hair dresser ask another what I was waiting for. So they had to tell her to get my hair washed. I can see her washing the lady’s hair but instead of folding towels and aprons she should have got to me right away instead of waiting to be told again to get to me. She did a good job doing it but having to wait to be told again to do it.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, ValueToday I had my hair cut by an older gentleman. They were very short staffed because nobody seems to want to work but he took good care of me. I called ahead to make sure I didn’t wait long as the line was pretty big. He was great with my hair but due to how busy he was he put me under a dryer after cutting my hair instead of blow drying it. He had put product in my hair for protection I think but on the roots. The hair cut turned out amazing considering how busy he was and he remained professional. I did have to wash my hair when getting home because it was very oily at the roots but he was amazing regardless and I see that as a very minimal issue and no big deal he did what I asked with the hair cut and he was great. Would go there again. Only gave it one less star for the issue with having to wash it when I got home but like I said it was a minimal issue.
