Critical: QualityRude. I stood at the front of the store for awhile until a woman walked up to wait on the person directly in front of me. I asked how long the wait was. The woman wrote down the person’s name in front of me and then quickly walked away. She didn’t ask me if I needed anything or even acknowledge that I would also like to get my hair cut.

I switched to Fantasic Sam’s from a privately owned salon a year ago to save money and will never go back. I go to a different stylist each time depending on what is best for my schedule and always get the perfect cut. I actually tip more here than I did previously because it’s still cheaper than just the price of a women’s haircut at other salons.

Most of the time they all do a really good job with cutting my boys’ hair.. they usually get a trim and shaved on the sides so nothing really complicated… not sure how they are with other styles.. I would say it’s good for the basic trim / haircut

I’ve been going to this salon for a long time. I keep coming back due to the friendly staff and excellent service I always receive. I was there last week an the opening manager had an unexpected situation and was a tad late in opening, it was 10-15 minutes tops. Hardly an inconvenience and all of us received Half Off!!!!

Got to Fantastic Sam’s a little more than an hour and a half before they closed with my 94 year old grandmother. Signed in and waited at least 20 minutes. Staff finally checked the sign in sheet and said they didn’t have time to do a perm. Wouldn’t it have been nice not to have waited that long to be told they couldn’t have serviced us? They would give us $10.00 coupon to come back tomorrow. No I don’t think that’s appropriate after making my elderly grandmother waited that long now you want me to bring her back out tomorrow?

I had been going to another establishment since it opened up, but I wanted to try something different. After I went to Sam’s this past Monday I can say for sure that I will definitely be a repeat customer at the Latrobe establishment for all of my haircuts and hair assorted needs!
