I have used this location since moving to Greensburg about 3 years ago. I often saw a male, whom I forget his name, and I loved him. He always did a great job, and was so easy to talk to. I sometimes do by appointment and sometimes don’t because I have a full packed schedule being in school full time while also working. I am having a rough day today, but wanted to get my hair cut and washed. I waited until sometime was available to talk to me at the counter. Beth was short, impatient, and had little hospitality towards me and then said I wouldn’t be able to get in for another 2 1/2 hours so I left. This was not the first time I have witnessed her being rude. Although it seems so minimal, I challenge people every day at my waitressing job and in my future career field to always be kind to others because you never know what they’re going through. I hope Beth can learn a lesson from that and I will pray for her incase she was having a bad day as well. I no longer will return to this place that I previously loved visiting before.

What a wonderful group. They not only got me in last minute, but the gentlemen, Greg, cutting my hair did an excellent job. I hadn’t had a trim in almost a year, so to have someone take such grace and care was very refreshing. I’ve had a lot of anxiety about getting a trim with the fear that someone would start hacking away, but my fears were pleasantly squashed. Very informative and very professional, 10/10 would have my hair done here again.

I went in for a haircut and was waiting for over an hour. The stylist were gossiping and laughing the majority of the time. Come to find out they were laughing at me. Hurt my feelings but shocked me due to the stylist being so unprofessional and so very obvious with their unethical behavior. Haircut

This is where my husband and kids love to get their hair cut and are there at least once every other month. I try to avoid haircuts so I don’t get mine cut very often. When I do, however, I do get it done here also. Staff is friendly and listens to your requests. They are very good about understanding what you are describing and they make it happen. They are also knowledgeable about hair care products and can give good personalized recommendations of what will work best for you or even what has the smell you are looking for. They helped my daughter find a good shampoo for treating her hair issues that we could not find an answer for anywhere else (and we had tried several other products and asked for recommendations at other places, none of which worked very well). They are also good with special needs children and them having their hair cut. Some kids have sensory issues and do not like having their hair or heads touched and can also have trouble sitting still at times. They helped my child get through hated hair cuts and they do an excellent job every time. There is usually very little to no waiting time. Walk-ins are accepted and you can make an appointment also. Prices are reasonable. The store is clean and very well lit. There are products for sale such as professional shampoos and conditioners. The hair care products they offer for sale tend to be a little bit pricey, but they are very high-quality from what I have seen. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 14 years. Some haircuts were not correct and I did “Oh well” and once I went in to get it corrected and went on to another stylist. who became my regular. I would call ahead for scheduling and would be seen or unseen cause the said stylist would have a customer before, so why have call ahead ? I had to leave 3 other times due to the behavior of not honoring time when called ahead.
