I came in Friday of last week looking to get my hair dyed for the first time in my life. I didn’t pick anything easy either I wanted something completely different than my natural color. I asked to go from basically straw/light brown to a very dark red/purple/brownish mix. Kayla was my stylist and did an absolutely amazing job, she had it looking exactly like the photo I showed her, and was extremely patient with me when I decided I wanted it darker than that! She was so nice to me and I couldn’t love it more! I would absolutely recommend her and the salon as a whole, the entire staff was nice and chatted with me the whole time.

I got my hair cut. First she put water on it then said I can’t comb it wet even though she did it several times before so she dried it. I wanted the dead ends cut off and a little taken off the bottom. She trimmed my bangs which are a mess not even at all. It took her maybe 15 minutes. very disappointed with this salon. Stylist used her “pointy” fingernail to part my hair. The chair wasn’t cleaned from previous client’s hair, the stylist didn’t cut my hair the way I asked (showed her my hair cut from previous cut) and the stylists literally yelled back and forth to each other.

The stylist never asked any questions if the haircut was satisfactory or if I was happy with the haircut. I only had to hear how the other stylist had 2 customers waiting and I had been her only customer and it was almost 11am. I understand why that was the case. The stylist never asked any questions if the haircut was satisfactory or if I was happy with the haircut. I only had to hear how the other stylist had 2 customers waiting and I had been her only customer and it was almost 11am. I understand why that was the case. I have been here a couple times and have had a great experience every time getting my eyebrows waxed… Lisa, Jade, and Miranda have all done an excellent job on my brows. Will definitely be back again.
