Pretty much done with this place! Only went cause my old hair dresser decided to stop calling ppl back when they needed their hair done. For 1 the girl took like 2 inches off the bottom when I told her not to take hardly anything off and she didn’t even angle it. It’s choppier than before I went in there plus i asked for layers and barely got any and the ones I did get are all uneven like the rest of my hair. I went to her a few times but it was only for a quick touch up which is what this was supposed to be now I can’t do anything with it till it grows out. 2 inches is a lot to cut off when you just say don’t cut that much off the bottom. I even showed her a picture of how I wanted it and it looks absolutely nothing like that. I can see why this place closes early and is also closed on certain days of the week. Also the 1 older lady messed my hair up too so I refused to go back to her and thought someone else would do a better job guess I was wrong! When Kelly used to wk there she did a decent job but once she owned her own business she would just stop calling ppl back when they needed a haircut so now I have no one to cut my hair without being afraid of what they may do to it. Beware of this place!

My son and I both had and appointment and Magdi took us both. She was so kind to my son and he left loving his haircut. He didn’t even want to put on his baseball hat, that he wears religiously, because it was the best haircut he’s ever had. I personally had the best experience I have ever had at a salon. She took her time and listened to me and gave me the best recommendations. Easy to talk to and it was a fun appointment! I am definitely going back! I would say she went above and beyond to make both my son and I feel good.

Best hair coloring/haircut experience ever!! My hair came out awesome and the staff is very friendly. Billie Jean especially, favorite hair dresser I ever had. I normally don’t like talking much while I get my hair done but she made me feel so comfortable and I could have talked to her all night. Also she finished my hair in a good timely manner so I wasn’t stuck there for 2.5 to 3 hours. Would highly recommend!

Hair looks OK, but when she cut my beard, she didn’t listen to what I said and I ended up with a real hack job, way shorter than what I wanted, I just wanted it trimmed and shaped, she cut in deep, and uneven, had to even it out when I got home. My hairstylist that I see at Fantastic Sams is Victoria! She does amazing work! I have been to many different hairstylist and no one compares to her! I am more than happy every time I leave the salon and she is always prepared to give me advice and try new things! I only go there because of her, however the place is always clean and the prices are decent. If you go there ask for her and you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve never walked out of a hair salon with wet hair. I was going out to eat after, you would think they would want you to look good before stepping out of the salon. I paid $17 just to have 2 to 3 inches cut off. No shampoo and not even a little blow dry. Did not even put any product in my hair to help when drying. Nothing. Never again for $17.
