I will not be going back to fantastic Sams. The girl I go to quit there. I usually get my hair colored there and I love it. But today was a whole different story. So know I have super thick hair and I needed it cut so as the lady was washing it she asked what length I wanted my hair. I told her I didn’t know and wanted to do it piece by piece. This was her answer. “Oh no I’m NOT doing that. I need the exact length you want.” So I tell her what I want and we move to the chair. She then tells me to stand and starts cutting my hair while I am standing be cause my hair was “to long ” for the chair. How is that possible? I’ve never had to stand to get my hair cut. So then she start complaining cause the bottom of my hair has a wave to it. Also she asked me about 10 times if I wanted layers and I told her no every time. My hair is now shorter than what I wanted. Oh here is the best part I wanted to get my streeks recolored and the lady was like I’m not going to sit there and pick through your hair. So tell me how are you a hair dresser and you won’t even do what you getting PAYED to do?

Positive: PunctualityI was in for a harcut tusday and what a disppointment. She didn’t even ask me how i wanted my hair sne just started cuttin away. She was rhe first person on the left when you walk in. Avoid her when ever possibe i wll take my buiness elsewhere and want my money back. What a dissapoinment to say the least to get stung twice by two different people come on its time i took my business else where. What a disapointment.
