The girl there was very nice but did the worst possible job on the trim I asked for. I only wanted to clean up my ends. I asked for no more than an inch…she cut off at least three, the one side is about two and a half inches shorter than the other, there’s random long strands, and when I lift my hair up underneath it’s about four inches shorter than the rest of my hair. Really? How can a licensed stylist do this bad of a job. I could have cut it better myself blindfolded.

Someone massacred my hair. She literally stopped in the middle of cutting to ask for help from another stylist. I knew I should have waited for Mickey, she was just leaving for the day. There are a couple very good seasoned stylists though. I give Mickey five stars.
