Critical: ProfessionalismTerrible Terrible experience. Botched my hair horribly and even sent me on my way with wet hair cause she was over it and wanted to go home. She stopped doing my hair 3 times to go take other customers. Oh. And I had an appointment. And then when paying for my botched wet hair she then told me she used more than she thought and forgot to tell me and charged me MORE money. This place is a joke. And they have you sign a WAIVER that you wont be mad if they mess up your hair. I knew I should’ve ran for the hills when they pulled out the waiver but I was already in the chair… never again. Terrible Terrible experience. Botched my hair horribly and even sent me on my way with wet hair cause she was over it and wanted to go home. She stopped doing my hair 3 times to go take other customers. Oh. And I had an appointment. And then when paying for my botched wet hair she then told me she used more than she thought and forgot to tell me and charged me MORE money. This place is a joke. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCourtney is AMAZING !! I’ve been going to her for about a year, and I truly wish I went to her from day 1. She always does such a great job on my hair, leaving me in awe every time. She’s easily personable just as much as she’s professional and an absolutely amazing stylist. Courtney is AMAZING !! I’ve been going to her for about a year, and I truly wish I went to her from day 1. She always does such a great job on my hair, leaving me in awe every time. She’s easily personable just as much as she’s professional and an absolutely amazing stylist. I would recommend her for anyone, from color to cuts and she is amazing with children!

Critical: ProfessionalismThree times I have driven there for a haircut only to find it closed. Please post your correct hours on your website, that would be helpful. Most recently, I went in at 4:35, one customer in the chair, one employee at the reception desk and at least 4 others employees mingling. I thought oh good, I shouldn’t have to wait. Nope, didn’t have to wait, they rejected a paying customer right away , said they close at 5 pm. It’s 4:35 , it takes about 10-15 minutes to do my hair, I questioned why, it’s not 5 yet, only received a nasty attitude and some ridiculous chatter. Three times I have driven there for a haircut only to find it closed. Please post your correct hours on your website, that would be helpful. Most recently, I went in at 4:35, one customer in the chair, one employee at the reception desk and at least 4 others employees mingling. I thought oh good, I shouldn’t have to wait. Nope, didn’t have to wait, they rejected a paying customer right away , said they close at 5 pm. It’s 4:35 , it takes about 10-15 minutes to do my hair, I questioned why, it’s not 5 yet, only received a nasty attitude and some ridiculous chatter. Won’t be going back there ever.

I love the girl who did my hair Tonight my husband came in to pay for my service n he kindly asked to use the bathroom and was told no. The girl that did my hair wanted to say yes. I can tell but the other girl was NO try Hanaford It was 8:30 pm no one in the shop n no reason to tell him no. He is not happy n so I am not happy. Why would u tell a good paying client no. No one was there ! Shop was closing. I would hope he gets an apology n offer us a discount bc I am telling u he is not good w me going back ! If it’s your policy then I think u need to rethink it. I can understand if it’s in the middle of a busy day but it was close out time.Don’t make ur stylist lose a good customer. It’s the customer service that was exceptionally unprofessional. It was not my stylists fault bc the other girl gave a definitive NO Someone needs to teach discretion Bad move.I consider myself to be a good new client.
