Today was my first time going to this location. I was a little nervous as I know we can all be going to a new salon. Sherry took care of me. She was very pleasant. She dyed my roots, trimmed my hair, blow dried and did a conditioning treatment. Everything came out really good and I was very relaxed. The women running the front desk was also very kind. I will for sure be back and I highly recommend this salon.

I often go here for my haircuts no matter who cuts it, it always comes out great and is done fast. Everyone is always courteous and professional. My only complaint is, my haircut is simple and often times they are under staffed. If you have more complex hair cuts (perms, colors, etc) in front of you the wait is crazy and I refuse to wait for a 10 minute hair cut.

I love this Fantastic Sam’s. I haven’t been to any other locations. I’m very particular about my hair and originally I only saw Dori. She does great perms! Then once I had to see Sherrie because Dori was out. She carefully reviewed Dori’s notes in the computer and gave me an excellent Perm as well! Unbelievably another time I went and they were both out, but Mary was in and reviewed the notes. She ALSO did a great job!! I’m afraid to go anywhere else because I’ve struck gold with these three!! I have never seen anyone in that location act any way other than sweet and professional
