I brought my daughter here yesterday, for a haircut, she wanted a specific look, it was close she was happy at the time, but later that night after she showered we discovered that it was uneven we returned today to ask the if they could fix it, at first they said no problem, but then the manager (whom wasn’t even there) got on the phone and asked me if we tried to cut it at all ourselves, I advised her that no we did not. She then preceeded to tell me that there is nothing they could do for us, as she said that she inspected my daughter’s haircut cut before we left and it would never had left uneven. All I can say is if they are going to call me a liar and not own up to their own mistakes, then I will never return. They have lost ALL my business, and I will be telling anyone who listens to not go there either.

The women who cut my hair, I can’t remember her name but she was such a sweet women. She said my hair was pretty dry so she made sure before I left it was hydrated and so soft! She gave me recommendations on what to use in my hair and pop what not to use. She took her time cutting my hair and actually took the time to listen about what I wanted. Thank you! She was an older women with silver/ grey hair.

Went today and got a spiral perm paid $120 for majority of my curls to be gone within 5 hours… my hair is looks awful. I accepted the fact that the curls didnt come out like I wanted but to now have half straight frizzy fried hair and half janky curls is just really depressing. Everyone there was super nice though and the place was clean. Below is a picture that I asked for and the other is the train wreck my hair is now.

He loved her and talked about her the rest of the day. I brought him back for his back to school hair cut. She was there and cut his hair again.
