Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent to get a blowout done on Saturday. It was poorly done ($35) which is a reasonable price. The girl that did my hair was also being trained which is perfectly fine. I went back today because I’m going away tomorrow (only 5 days later) and they were trying to charge me $52 stating my hair is below the shoulders. Which it’s not. The individual working there wouldn’t even look me up in the system and just stated a price. What great customer service. Thanks a lot. Went to get a blowout done on Saturday. It was poorly done ($35) which is a reasonable price. The girl that did my hair was also being trained which is perfectly fine. Why it is so hard for hairdressers to follow simple directions is beyond me, and this includes Clifton Park (not so) Fantastic Sam’s. I gave explicit directions how I wanted my hair cut, didn’t want bangs above my brows, didn’t want a “just got a haircut” look, and walked out looking completely opposite of what I explained. Needed hair thinned w texturing scissors and believe it or not, the hairdresser didn’t own any, so stupidly decided to go w her way of creating the same look, thinking she knew what she was doing after 15 years, which of course didn’t work. So another stylist needed to “fix” and it looks like hell. Save yourself the frustration and time, and get it done by another salon.
