I was a walk-in and a bit down. Samantha could tell I was in low spirit and right away began to lift me up. She was very comforting and super nice. I told her i wanted a new look. I trusted her as a felt a good vibe. She did what she wanted and can I tell you I was a very satisfied. Before I left she gave me flowers in a pot with the sweetest note. She truly is a kind hearted woman. She went above and beyond for me. Excellent service all around.

Pablo was my fiancés hairdresser, we walked in had to wait five minutes because he kept mistaking me for an old worker when I’ve only set foot in the building twice. Completely butchered his hair while at it, the man’s eyes were bloodshot and he had to be told to make his hair shorter when it should’ve been common sense. Asked for a mid fade walked out like this not at all what he asked for. Not worth the 22 made paid for it.

I called and asked if they had any appointments available for that day. The girl on the phone told me she had a 4:30, so I arrived around 4:20 and the guy she told me was supposed to do my hair was still with another client so she told me to have a seat. The girl at the front desk then came back out and told me he wasn’t going to have time so she would cut my hair but would not have time to dry or style it. My hair was almost to my butt and I wanted to get a good dead end trim so I said that was fine and I asked for around “nipple length.” She had me point out exactly where that was and cut a strand to make sure. I was not paying attention and I looked up after she asked if I wanted layers, and my hair was just a little bit longer than shoulder length. Another stylist came by and was talking about my hair and the girl who was doing mine repeated how I wanted “nipple length” while my hair was once again much shorter. I then left the salon with soaking wet hair. I was very upset as I haven’t had short hair since I was young and would have never gone this short.

Alex did an INCREDIBLE job of chopping my hair. Went from below shoulder length to chin length with bangs. She even made sure that it was layered to work with my crazy cowlick and weird hair texture in mind. Def coming back! Haircut
