I had been coming to this location for years and was always pleased with my results so it wasn’t a question whether I should come with my wedding party for updos on my wedding day. Kayla, the manager took care of us and honestly, we were all blown away with her work. Firstly, she has the BEST personality, so she’s a pleasure to be around. Second, we all had different texture hair and that didn’t phase her…not only did she replicate the styles we all requested, she made them even better! You wouldn’t believe the compliments we got! Fantastic Sams gets a bad rep…I urge you to try it. You will never go anywhere else.

Walked in and sat down for a cut only, no shampoo or dry/style. I just colored my hair, still wet but wanted dead ends off. Maybe 2 inches only. Girl says we can squeeze you in, come on back. So I show her a picture of the style I allready have, but i just want 2 inches off the lenght.

i have NEVER experienced anything so disorderly and horrible in my entire life. i was initially quoted $150 for some pulp riot hair dye and a bang trim. after an hour and a half of being burned with bleach and having my face being dyed more than my hair, this quote was changed to $300. i was in shock that i was looking at myself, and rather than feeling like an after picture i looked like a before. my bangs were crooked & went past we’re my face ends, the dye was uneven and blotchy, & my hair was puffy and dead. i couldn’t even imagine paying $10 for what they did to me. luckily, my mom was there with me to stand up for me a bit, however we were still charged more than we were quoted. i had to go home and do the best i can to fix my hair up.

The salon was clean and staff professional. I thought my stylist was listening when I told her the style and length I wanted. Apparently not my hair is way shorter than I wanted and the style doesn’t look like the pic I showed her. Not going here again Hairstyling
