They’re usually alright, as long as you stick with the seasoned stylists. Due to a scheduling error with their system (not the first time this has happened!), my usual stylist Kimmi was unavailable during my appointment time. Since I had my 5 year old with me, I couldn’t wait the 45 minutes for her to free up, so I rolled the dice with a new stylist, Kelsey. I knew within the first few minutes it wasn’t going to end well. I even pointed out how uneven the haircut was, and this is what it looked like AFTER she “fixed” it! Not to mention the layers that were done in reverse, longer on top and shorter underneath. Thankfully, she didn’t listen to me when I asked for 3-4 inches of, and only took 1-2 inches, so I have some room to work with to go get it fixed somewhere else. Unfortunately, I’m out my money and (more importantly) my time! Showed the results to some family, friends, and even my husband, who all immediately commented on how awful it was. Such a disappointment!

In and out quickly. 5 minute wait beyond appointment time was not long at all. Skilled cut and I appreciate the speed. 45 minutes for a salon men’s cut…I was out in 10 here and happy with the results.
